Lakshita Sharma is a Head of Research and Development at Warren Academy in Jaipur.
Lakshita shares that she is from the MBA department and was initially not interested in the educational field. However, when she got a chance to teach, she found that it was a good stream where one could learn progressively.
Recalling her childhood, Lakshita says that she feels blessed to have had such good parents who made her have a wonderful childhood. She is an only child, and her parents were always with her to support and cheer her. Her school days and teachers played an important role in her childhood, as they boosted her confidence to do better. She also cherishes the time that she spent at her maternal place in Hyderabad. The family she had was a wonderful part of her life.
When asked about her challenges, Lakshita says that she faced the most difficult situation of her life when she faced a failure in her job of teaching.
Comparing education and experience, Lakshita says that it is important to balance both, as these are just like the two wheels of a cycle.
Sharing her achievements, Lakshita says she considers it an accomplishment when her father says, "I am proud of you." The appreciation from others is also an achievement for her.
Lakshita’s role model is her mother, as she learned to make adjustments in life from her. She also learned that real happiness comes from sharing and doing things for others.
Lakshita’s success mantra is to be honest with yourself.
Lakshita advises that it is important to maintain transparency in your job and to give your hundred percent. Put a question mark on yourself first, and then lead your life.
In her spare time, Lakshita likes to listen to music, spend time with her mother, and go shopping.
