Kulwant Singh Bhati, a yoga enthusiast and trainer at the Yoga Centre run by MLSU, Udaipur, believes in the power of yoga to transform lives and promote overall well-being. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others.
Kulwant, a Jodhpur native, began his career in the tech industry after completing his intermediate education. He worked at McDonald's before deciding to pursue government jobs and a polytechnic diploma. After a decent salary, he joined a canal project in Barmer as an executive engineer. He quit and returned to Udaipur to prepare for the government exams. Despite giving RRB exams twice, he couldn't pass the finals. His brother suggested he move to Delhi, but he couldn't find a job or adjust to the city's culture. He returned to Udaipur and joined a reputed company, but quit due to family circumstances and the COVID pandemic.
During the COVID pandemic, he began practicing yoga and meditation to combat negativity and demotivation. He offered free sessions via Zoom and later applied for a master's degree at MLSU. He now teaches yoga at a center and aims to help people find peace through these practices. He also learned how to treat people with yoga and breathing exercises during the pandemic.
Kulwant aims to spread awareness among the people, especially the youth, to follow a healthy lifestyle, eat clean and green, meditate, and exercise regularly. He believes that by adopting these habits, individuals can improve their overall well-being and increase their life expectancy. He is determined to educate and inspire others to prioritize their health and make positive choices for a better future. Kulwant hopes that through his efforts, he can contribute to a healthier and happier society for generations to come.
According to Kulwant, because of changing environments and habits, it is essential to prioritize health and wellness. Therefore, he wants to raise awareness about the importance of a balanced lifestyle and encourage people to take care of their health. He is committed to enlightening and motivating people to put their health and wellness at the forefront of their lives. He believes that by sharing his personal journey and experiences, he can inspire others to prioritize their health and well-being.
Kulwant, a proud Rajasthani, appreciates the unity and love among the people. He is well-versed with Marwaris, wealthy business people, and has worked with them and the Rajasthan Government to create health awareness during COVID, leveraging his father's political connections and the support of the government.
Kulwant views Lord Krishna as his primary role model, learning from his life lessons and mistakes. He believes Krishna's teachings of compassion, wisdom, and selflessness have guided him in making decisions and overcoming challenges. Kulwant aims to emulate Krishna's ability to balance responsibilities and lead a virtuous life. By acknowledging his own growth and learning from his experiences, Kulwant aims to inspire others to become their own role models and continuously strive for personal development.
When asked whether education or experience is more crucial, Kulwant thinks education is crucial for a living, but experience teaches us how to behave in various life situations. Practical work experience helps sustain and do good despite having less knowledge, according to the speaker.
Kulwant enjoys bringing joy and smiles to others and reading spiritual books. He recommends reading 'Yathartha Geeta' to learn about one's roots, culture, traditions, ancestors, and history, promoting happiness and knowledge.
Kulwant, if given a time machine, wishes to travel to 2011 and avoid making mistakes that led him to join the Indian Army, believing it would have opened opportunities for him to serve and make a positive impact. He is determined to learn from his past and use it for a brighter future.
Kulwant advises young people to be humble, listen to their parents, maintain a healthy routine, eat well, and sleep on time. He encourages positive thinking, kindness, and good behavior. He suggests having good friends and avoiding negative influences. He also suggests practicing yoga early in the morning for better health and longevity.
