A young sales professional, Kuldeep is actively shaping his life under the guidance of his mentors and family.

Born and raised in Udaipur, Kuldeep is a B.Tech (Mechanical) student. He has been working as a sales executive at Octa Corp Solutions for the past two years. As a student, he has learned valuable insights from his seniors and mentors in the workplace.

Under the guidance of his mentors, Jigar and Siddhant, Kuldeep honed his communication skills. Working in the e-commerce department of the company, he acquired the necessary skills and also attended personality development classes on YouTube.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, he received a job offer from Delhi Airport to work in the ticketing department. Excited about the prospect of a new city life, he left his job at Octa Corp. However, due to the pandemic, he had to forgo this opportunity. Nonetheless, he made the most of his time by spending it with friends and exploring his talent for writing poems and ‘shayari’.

For aspiring candidates, he advises having a thorough knowledge of IT software, good communication skills, innovative ideas, and clarity in work. He believes that while education is essential, experience provides perspective and the patience to learn new things, emphasising the importance of a balanced blend of education and experience for success.

Kuldeep's role model is the renowned self-made man Bill Gates, whom he admires for his knowledge, business acumen, unique ideas, and progressive approach. He also draws inspiration from his grandfather, a self-made man who has supported his family and made his own life. He learns valuable lessons from his experiences and uses them to make wise decisions. Additionally, his mentor, Jigar, also a self-made individual, imparts lessons on simplifying tasks and appreciating the significance of life's moments. He also respects his mentors for their friendly demeanour, support, and guidance.

If given the chance to travel back in time in a time machine, he would revisit his school and college days to focus more on academics and perform better. He also wishes to relive precious moments with his family, cousins, and relatives.

As a leader, Kuldeep aims to help his team understand their strengths and weaknesses, create a comfortable environment for them, teach them efficient task handling, brainstorming ideas, and delegating work according to their skills. He believes that leadership evolves with time and experience.

In his leisure time, he enjoys planning night outs with his friends and travelling with them to relax.
