Kuldeep Pitliya is a Mathematics Teacher at a renowned coaching institute in Udaipur. He has over a decade's teaching experience with a specialization in mathematics.

Kuldeep was born and brought up in a village in Udaipur. He often reminisces about his childhood days, recollecting his fond memories of wandering the streets of his village with friends. He believes that childhood is an integral and most important part of a person's life.

Kuldeep completed his education and then served a few years in the administration division of the Fire & Safety College of Udaipur. However, he was always passionate about a professional career in the education field, as he used to teach mathematics to his juniors. He did a B.Tech. and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He was academically good in mathematics, and aimed to provide his educational services to students. Subsequently, he joined a coaching institute in Udaipur as a mathematics teacher.

Talking about the COVID-19 pandemic, Kuldeep says that online teaching was the only alternative route for teaching left since physical classes were prohibited. From a professional standpoint, the pandemic had been challenging for the students and teachers as well. However, he provided study material and coaching notes to students who faced problems with communication. He believes that there is a notable difference between online and physical classes and students' attitudes toward both forms of teaching. This can only be solved by regularly motivating the students.

Kuldeep feels that a teacher has an innate leadership quality and serves as a role model for his students. According to him, a teacher has the responsibility of molding students into citizens of the future and is expected to lead and educate children for a better future.

In Kuldeep’s opinion, education is important as it provides us with the basic knowledge required for a profession. However, experience helps a teacher a lot as students seek guidance from their respective teachers on academics and topics not related to academics. He says that the job is very unpredictable with regards to solving each and every problem a student may face and the nature of the problem, which sometimes comes as a surprise. One must be perceptive of the students and their wants.
