Inspired by her sisters, Kshama learned about digital media and marketing, which helped kick-start her journey as a fashion entrepreneur.

Kshama Shah Jain is the owner of a boutique called Rajmandir Fashion. She got into this field inspired by her sisters and mother, all of whom are working women. Her boutique offers bridal wear and jewellery both for rental and for sale.

Talking about her early days, Kshama shares that she did her schooling in Kherwara.

When asked about her role models, Kshama says that she draws inspiration from her family members and is grateful to her husband for his constant support.

Kshama’s success mantra is meeting her customers' requirements and customising the product as per their needs.

Discussing her COVID experience, Kshama says that spending time with her family members, sitting together and relishing food during the lockdown was fun. She also feels that COVID was a learning opportunity for students and teachers in terms of technology usage. However, on the other hand, Kshama laments the fact that many people lost their family members during the pandemic.

Kshama advises aspiring entrepreneurs to first research their field of interest and try to understand customer requirements. She urges everyone to stay happy while following what interests them most.

When free, Kshama likes to spend time with her children. She also enjoys spending some quality time with her group of friends.
