Krutika Rohit Bhilare is a certified Yoga instructor.
After leaving her civil engineering career, Krutika Bhilare embraced her true passion, yoga, becoming an instructor dedicated to sharing its myriad benefits with women facing various ailments. As the owner of Yog Prakruti Studio, she aims to empower others through her teachings.
Originally from Goa, Bhilare has made Pune her home. Reflecting on her upbringing, Krutika says she fondly remembers a vibrant childhood filled with joy and active participation in extracurricular activities, particularly her love for dance.
Bhilare’s journey began with her education in civil engineering, leading her to work in the field for four years. Following her marriage, she took a break from her professional life to explore yoga more deeply. Growing up with parents who are also yoga instructors, Krutika practiced yoga alongside them from a young age. Initially seeking personal wellness, she soon recognized the profound impact yoga could have on others' lives and decided to share this gift.
To balance family life with her burgeoning career, Krutika chose to become a certified yoga instructor, successfully passing the Ministry of Ayush certification exam. She takes great pride in her certification and has since established her own yoga studio and YouTube channel, offering both in-person and online classes.
When asked why she transitioned from civil engineering to yoga instruction, Krutika Bhilare explains that her journey into yoga was driven by a quest for eternal peace, which ignited a passionate desire to teach others. Although she acknowledges that her initial foray into civil engineering was marred by inconsistency—ultimately leading her to leave the field entirely—she harbours no regrets about her path.
Krutika shares her own experience of practicing yoga soon after becoming a mother leaving the medicines behind. This gradually helped her overcome any health issues she was facing back then.
When asked about her role models, Krutika Bhilare says her father serves as her greatest inspiration, teaching her the importance of composure in challenging situations. Her journey was smooth owing to the support she received from her husband and in-laws.
In times of stress, Krutika finds solace in ‘Om meditation,’ a practice that helps her regain focus and tranquillity.
Guided by her life mantra to stay concentrated on her goals and to never lose sight of them, Krutika Bhilare believes firmly in the law of attraction and the power of positive thinking.
