He completed his MSW in 2017 from Vidyapeeth College and has been working in the social sector for 6–7 years. He earned a BA and an MA in sociology. Recalling his childhood memories, Krishna says that from the fourth grade onwards, he had a passion to become a teacher and also had an interest in cultural activities. His teacher, Usha, inspired him to work in the field of education. He was the cultural secretary of his school till the 12th standard.
Talking about challenges, Krishna says that he faced many problems related to his family and struggled a lot in his life. He faced pressure from his family and society to marry early. There were also a lot of financial problems, but he managed them by generating income on his own.
Advising the youth, Krishna says that if you have passion and interest in any field, you can attain growth. He also shares that to achieve success and to develop a career, both education and experience are essential. Education and experience are interrelated, he believes.
Krishna says that he loves to work at the ground level and make connections with the people living in backward and tribal areas. He gets satisfaction from establishing connections with other people. He learned "Bandhej Work" and also how to make "Thal Posh" and "Bandarwal" at an early age and always tries to train others in creative work.
If given a time machine, he wants to rectify many things, like giving guidance to his family members as well as to the members of society regarding the concept of early marriage. He also wants to encourage people to educate their children instead of getting them married.
In his free time, he loves to paint and go to slum areas to teach children on Sundays as a volunteer with the Robinhood Army. He also loves to draw, to make sketches, to dance, and to do experiments in cooking.
Talking about the COVID-19 pandemic, Krishna says that the positive effect of COVID is that people have learned to become self-reliant and give more focus to improving their skills.
