Kirti has been a zealous student and a sucker for knowledge, supported by her kins in every phase of her life. She is successfully making a mark in the teaching field.

Kirti Upadhyay belongs to the city of lakes, Udaipur. She has been working at the Aravali Teachers Training College for the last five years. Her educational qualifications include an MA from the MohanLal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and M.Ed from Gujarat. She moved to Udaipur after completing her schooling in her village. Her father was a teacher in the same school. Being a teacher, he supported and motivated her to pursue education.

Later in life, her husband and in-laws also became her backbone. Everyone supported and became the wings to her flight as a teacher. After giving birth to a kid, she felt disoriented, but her father-in-law motivated her to work while he took care of the child.

Being a teacher, Kirti feels that both education and experience matter for being successful in life. Being an experienced teacher is a positive in this profession. She advises aspiring teachers and newcomers to be open to learning from everyone and have good communication skills.

The pandemic brought a wave of shock and uncertainty in her life, with the coronavirus entering her home. However, she took care of the infected members and followed all precautions at home.

Kirti’s inspiration and role models are her parents and her husband.

If given a time machine, Kirti wishes to travel back into her childhood and relive the lost times. For her, honesty and hard work are the keys to success.
