She has been associated with the institution for the past 14 years, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to the field of education. She teaches Hindi Literature to students from Classes 8 to 12 and is known for her compassionate and student-centric teaching approach.

Understanding that every child learns differently, Kirti Shrimali pays special attention to academically weaker students. She assigns them customized homework and ensures that it is completed within the school premises so they do not feel burdened or left behind. To make learning more engaging and effective, she often uses poetry as a teaching tool, helping students understand concepts clearly and remember them with ease. For younger students, she employs various creative techniques such as simple methods for filling in the blanks and other learning tricks making the learning process enjoyable and accessible.

Exam Coordinator Kirti Shrimali states that Khalsa Public Senior Secondary School primarily caters to children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Many parents are unable to give adequate attention to their children’s education due to financial and personal challenges. Recognizing this, the school and its teachers take on the responsibility of guiding, nurturing, and educating these students with the aim of helping them study well, progress in life, and build a better future. In cases where families face financial difficulties related to school fees, Gurudwara Sachkhand Darbaar extends its support. As a result, no child at the school is ever deprived of education due to a lack of money.

Reflecting on her own life, Kirti shares that she hails from Rajsamand. She completed her schooling at Maharana Pratap Senior Secondary Government School, Khamnore, Rajsamand, and later pursued her college education from Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU). She earned her B.Ed. degree in the academic session of 2008–09 and joined Khalsa Public School in 2011, marking the beginning of a meaningful teaching career.

Her greatest inspirations have always been her family members. From a young age, she observed her grandfather, mother, father, and aunt all of whom were teachers dedicating their lives to education. Deeply inspired by them, especially her mother, she chose teaching as her profession.

Having faced many struggles in life, Kirti firmly believes that the greater the struggle, the greater the victory. According to her, a person who perseveres through hardships always moves forward in life. One line that continues to motivate her is, “हम होंगे कामयाब एक दिन। ” (“We shall overcome one day”).

Her lifelong goal has been to educate children sincerely and inspire them to move ahead through the power of knowledge. Today, the respect and affection she receives from her students stand as her greatest achievement and source of pride.

Through Khalsa Public School, Senior Teacher Kirti especially wishes to convey a message to students, particularly girls, to always continue their education and move forward fearlessly. She encourages them not to lose confidence or make excuses by thinking that studies are too difficult. Education, she believes, is the true path to progress.
