Despite coming from a conservative family, Kirti is doing great in the education field alongside pursuing her PhD in law.

Kirti Dangi has been working in the Department of Law at Shramjeevi College for the last two-and-a-half years. She did her schooling from St. Mary’s School. For B.Com and L.L.B., she went to M.L.S.U. and currently she is pursuing PhD. She says her college offers multiple courses like regular courses, integrated courses and even diploma courses with an intention to offer quality education to the students.

Kirti further says that the college conducts various activities like every Saturday they have industrial visits, field visits and multiple fun activities along with educational excursions. She adds up by saying that last year their department even conducted a National Moot Court Competition for the first time in Udaipur.

Kirti belongs to Udaipur and completed her education from here itself. She faced a hard time when she had to start her career. Because she comes from a reserved family, she had to convince her father to let her do a job and explore things.

During the Covid pandemic, initially it was difficult for her to stay at home as she could not go to work but after some time she tended to enjoy that period with her family. Also, she got time to be with herself and even started to workout.

Kirti suggests to the newcomers in the teaching field to be patient because in this field you would meet various people with different mindset which requires you to understand their thought process and make them understand your perspective too. Hence it is important to have patience besides being strict. Also, you should be confident about your subject and keep yourself updated about it.

Kirti thinks that education is more important than experience because in the teaching field education is considered to be the utmost necessary to build the foundation of children and you gain experience with time that helps you master the subject. Hence she thinks that giving and providing education is pivotal.

Kirti’s role model is her cousin brother for being a hard working person since childhood and for always supporting Kirti in every ups and downs of her life.

Kirti feels that she is not a born leader but since her school time she has developed the leadership qualities and led everywhere she went.

If Kirti could go back in time, she would like to go to her school time because of not having any stress and mental pressure about anything in those times.

Kirti says that her biggest achievement is that she has become a good human being and the person that her mother wanted her to be. She is really proud of it.

Kirti’s success mantra is to be patient, listen to people and understand their perspectives. Apart from work, she likes to play with her nephews, her dogs and spend time with her fiance.
