Fulfilling her grandfather’s dream, Khushbu decided to pursue law. She is determined to carry forward the legacy of her grandfather after losing him to death.

Khushbu Verma is an advocate who currently manages her family business called "Guddu Bhai Kachori Wala."

Khushbu was born and brought up in Chittorgarh. She is currently pursuing her Master of Law. Khushbu considered doing law to fulfill the dream of his grandfather, who wanted to see her in a black coat. Unfortunately, when Khushbu was in her second year of law, she lost her grandfather and shifted her focus to the family business. Her family kachori shop was first opened by her grandfather in Chittorgarh.

Sharing her pandemic experience, Khushbu says that the first wave gave her ample time to be with her family. However, the second wave came with issues on both the health and professional fronts. While, on one hand, Khushbu and her family members contracted the virus, she also had to pay the rent of her shop even while it was not operational.

When asked about her role models, Khushbu says she draws inspiration from her grandfather, who went through difficult phases of life, funded his own education, and became a government servant.

Talking about her challenges, Khushbu says that losing her grandfather was the most difficult moment for her. After the loss, she had to take up all the responsibilities of her grandfather. For her, this step also meant losing out on her dream career, but on the other hand, she feels happy to carry the name of her grandfather forward. Khushbu also felt bad when she topped in her college but her grandfather was not there to celebrate her victory.

If Khushbu could travel back in time through a Time Machine, she would revisit her childhood and live those moments again with her grandfather. On the professional front, Khushbu feels that people take advantage of her humble nature, which she should have and needs to work upon.

Her mantra for success is to keep a positive attitude and have a never-give-up attitude.

When asked about her thoughts on education v/s experience, Khushbu says she considers both of them as important factors to succeed in life. However, if asked to choose one, she would consider experience as primary.

Khushbu advises the youth to not feel any shame in doing any kind of work that brings happiness to them and their families. She also suggests they stay positive in all situations.
