Khushboo Ayani is a dedicated faculty member at NIFD, Jodhpur, specialising in Interior Design. With nine months of experience, she imparts invaluable knowledge to first-year students, focusing on sketching, handwork, and foundational concepts. Beyond teaching, she oversees sheet work and teaches rendering techniques, ensuring students grasp essential skills for their future careers in interior design.

Khushboo is a native of Jodhpur, and received her education at Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School before delving into Graphics for two years. Her passion for design led her to NIFD Jodhpur, where she seized the opportunity to share her expertise as an Interior Design teacher.

Khushboo emphasises that art encompasses printing techniques, discipline, and patience. She believes that through sketching and dedicated practice, anyone can learn the importance of repetition in artistic expression. For her, art serves as a powerful outlet for personal expression, enabling individuals to convey their thoughts and emotions, whether positively or negatively, through the medium of sheet work.

Khushboo's deep connection to art and culture is evident through her numerous wall paintings in Jodhpur. Notably, she collaborated with a team of 11 individuals to adorn a 400-foot wall at Vidhya Ashram, earning a coveted place in the Limca Book of Records. Reflecting on her achievements, she attributes her current position to the transformative power of art, emphasising the impact she believes her artistic endeavours can have on others.

She holds her parents in high regard, considering them her role models for imparting invaluable lessons on navigating the market, fostering connections, decision-making, and proper conduct. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in her journey, particularly during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, where she found herself at the peak of her career. With their guidance, she was able to make bold decisions and focus on personal growth amidst adversity.

Her passion for travel is intertwined with her love for design, as she seeks inspiration from diverse landscapes. In the Middle East, she envisions crafting sand dunes, while in London or Russia, an igloo captures her imagination. Exploring forested areas or hill stations prompts her to create sustainable designs that harmonise with the natural topography. Her dream trip to Japan involves crafting a bamboo treehouse, aligning with her aspiration to apply her expertise in design to match Japan's unique landscape and culture.
