Khushal worked hard and made his career in the salon industry. He is successfully running his salon and achieving new heights in his field.

Khushal Mali is the owner of Root Salon Makeover in Udaipur. He has been in this profession for 19 years.

Khushal lives in Udaipur. He says he was not interested in studies and so studied up to the tenth class only. He took salon work training from Prabhat Institute at Udaipur. He worked there for 14 years.

Sharing about his personal life, Khushal says that his father's job was in the Dariba mines of HZL. After his retirement, his parents got separated. His mother started working at Prabhat Hair Salon to make a living.

Talking about the journey in his life, Khushal says that he was sent to Udaipur to work in Prabhat Salon. He used to do small work like brooming and wiping the floor. Slowly he found salon work interesting and he started to take training there itself. Khushal learned different techniques of grooming, behavioral and communication skills, and many other values of life at Prabhat.

Continuing to share his journey, Khushal says that he participated in different competitions and won many medals. He also went to different cities with his team like Chennai and Goa for many events. He was also called by different celebrities for their events.

Sharing his Covid experience, Khushal says he faced many financial problems during the pandemic.

When asked about role models in his life, Khushal says that he considers Ashok Paliwal as his role model who opened up opportunities for him and changed him completely.

Regarding the comparison between education and experience, Khushal says that education is necessary because if any product is launched then explaining the product and understanding it is essential for which education is necessary. He also says that reading, writing and speaking skills are very important in this field.

In his free time, Khushal likes to travel.  He likes to focus more on his work and bring improvement to that.

To salon aspirants, Khushal advises using good products and good brands to satisfy their clients. They should never grab money from anyone by giving false suggestions.

Advising the youth, Khushal says that they should focus on their work and use their mind to leave behind the ups and downs in this field. He also advises them to quit their bad habits and understand the value of everything. They should never cross their limits.
