Ketkee is an engineer who chose the field of teaching and enjoys interacting with kids. She considers her mother as an inspiration and advocates sharing our feelings with our parents to attain stability in life.

Ketkee Pravin Borade is a Mathematics and Coding teacher at Byju’s. She has been in the teaching field for the past two and a half years.

Ketkee hails from Maharashtra. She is the sole child of her parents, who are both working in the teaching field.

Ketkee shares that she is a computer engineer by education. While in college, she used to notice that everyone else was excited about getting a job at an MNC but not her. In the fourth year of her college, the COVID pandemic hit and the lockdown happened. During that period, she came to know about a work-from-home teaching opportunity, which she took just to pass the time.

Talking about her work, Ketkee says that it has been an amazing experience for her as she gets to teach students from India and abroad and has opportunities to interact with them and with their parents which grooms her as well.

When asked about her accomplishments, Ketkee says that getting appreciative feedback from students and their parents is an achievement for her. Also, the look on her parent’s face when she joined teaching as a profession was a great moment for her, as they themselves are teachers.

Sharing about her mistakes, Ketkee says that she has made many mistakes in life, and the biggest one is trusting people too easily in her life. She also feels that we should always take care that our mistakes do not hurt people around us.

Talking about her role models, Ketkee says that her mother is her role model. Ketkee says that she shares everything with her mother and will always be grateful to her for the way she has brought her up.

Ketkee feels that the present youth is very confident and grasps everything very quickly. They have an amazing level of understanding, according to her.

When asked how she calms her mind down, she says that we should talk and share our feelings with our family members like we do with our friends, as they have ample experience to solve our issues. Likewise, she feels that meditation helps us become more focused and stronger.

Ketkee says that her life mantra is to live in the moment and not worry about tomorrow.

When asked about her hobbies, Ketkee says that she likes shopping online and taking pictures for Instagram.
