Originating from an agricultural background, Keshav founded his handicrafts company two years ago and is also actively pursuing his career as an agriculturalist. Regardless of the obstacles life presents, he thinks it's important to be modest and maintain an optimistic attitude in life.

Keshav Lal Chhajed is the founder of the agriculture company called Naturex Industry Pvt. Ltd. He also works as a social worker with the non-governmental organization Moti Foundation in his spare time.

Keshav is a native of Khempur, Mavli, a small town in Rajasthan where he finished his elementary education. In order to finish middle school, he later relocated to Kota. He also pursued his B.Com and M.Com from Kota.

Remembering his past, he tells us that in his hometown, there were ‘amla’ plantations using which they produced oil and candy. He had a leaning towards agriculture, and he intended to use his knowledge of return on investment to help farmers live better lives.

Keshav first invested INR 5 lakhs in the share market, but his investment swiftly dropped to just INR 30,000 as a result of the catastrophic economic crisis the Indian economy was experiencing at the beginning of the 1990s. Keshav was affected and upset by this turn of events. Keshav's father provided him with both material and moral support during this trying time. He also provided him with financial support, giving him INR 50,000. His father had the view that if you put effort into a field, you will eventually learn something and turn a profit. You will eventually rise even if you have crashed. This ultimately enabled Keshav to make INR 7 lakhs in addition to helping him survive the stock market meltdown.

Later, Keshav came to the realization that farming is where his heart truly belonged. He concentrated his studies and research on how to use resources as efficiently as possible in business, particularly in agriculture.

When asked where he gets inspiration from, he replies that it comes from his father and elder brother. They instilled in him the value and equality of all labor.

Speaking about how COVID-19 has affected his  life, Keshav states that he and the other villagers had adhered to all government regulations during the pandemic. The fact that there were no positive cases reported in his neighborhood is indicative of good sanitation and social separation. Despite the difficulties he had during the pandemic, he never wavered from his belief that one's health comes first and money can be made later in life.

Speaking about his leadership philosophy, Keshav states that he treats his subordinates like members of his family or like friends. He thinks that instead of treating his staff like workers, you should treat them like the venture's future bosses.

Keshav thinks that effort and punctuality are essential if one wishes to work in this field. Learning from the experiences of seasoned experts in the subject should be a priority. You need to be well-versed in agricultural science. The task necessitates working efficiently and minimizing waste.

Keshav ends by saying that one should always have a fearless, strong, and optimistic view on life.
