Kavita was doing well in her life but things turned upside down when the COVID pandemic hit. And owing to that she had to shut down her IT company. However, she did not give up and bounced back by founding another IT company of hers.

Kavita Kumwat is the founder of Sparrow Wave Global Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Udaipur.

Kavita hails from Udaipur. She completed her formal education from Udaipur itself.

Kavita shares that she started an  IT company five years ago in a partnership. She started off from a government-provided office on a humble note. She worked really hard and was able to grow her company significantly in a span of just five years. However, during the COVID pandemic, she had to shut down the company owing to losses. Later, she started another IT company with her husband and has been striving to scale it up since then.

When asked about her role models, Kavita says, she considers her mother as her biggest role model. She says her mother’s life struggles and how she faced them, inspire her a lot. Besides, her husband from whom she has learned a lot in her business is also a role model to her.

Reviewing her COVID experience, Kavita says that the pandemic was quite a mentally, physically, and financially draining period for her. She suffered huge financial losses in her business. And eventually, she had to shut down the IT company that she had run successfully for all these years. Besides, she also lost her grandfather to the pandemic. However, not losing hope, she bounced back and now things are getting back on track on her end, she says.

Her Life Mantra is that it doesn’t matter what you did or what you were in the past, It doesn’t also matter what you will do or what you will be in future, what matters the most is what you are or what you do in the present and this is what defines you the most.

Kavita believes that it requires immense hard work and a lot of sacrifice to become a master in any field. To the youth, she advises them to learn from the life struggles of the personalities who created their own identities in their fields of interest.
