Losing her husband just five years after her marriage shattered Kavita. However, she gathered all her strength to restart her education and became a teacher.

Kavita Kumawat works as a teacher at The Stanvard Senior Secondary School, Udaipur.

Kavita hails from Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. She did her schooling till 12th standard in Ratlam. After that, she got married and shifted to Udaipur. Kavita has also worked in Anganwadi for three years.

Kavita shares that she lost her husband after five years of her marriage. Not giving up, with the help of her in-laws, Kavita completed her B.A. and BSTC. Then she joined Navdeep Academy and taught there for two years and then at St. Joseph’s School. Kavita shares that a small gap in her teaching career came due to some family circumstances but after some time she restarted her career with The Stanvard school.

Talking about her struggles, Kavita says that the time after the passing away of her husband was the toughest one for her.

Sharing about her role models, Kavita says that her in-laws are her role models as they also struggled in their life and always supported her in tough times.

Advising the youth, Kavita says that they should limit their time spent on mobile phones, focus on their education, and live this life to the fullest.

In the end, Kavita takes the opportunity to thank her parents and in-laws for their constant support and inspiration.
