A dedicated teacher, Kavita Joshi is empowering and motivating her students to achieve their aims in their lives.

Kavita Joshi has been working as a PGT-Accounts at Vidya Bhawan Senior Secondary School in Udaipur for twelve years.

Kavita belongs to Bhilwara. She completed her schooling in Bhilwara itself and her college education in Udaipur. She has also done a B.Ed course.

When asked about role models in her life, Kavita says that her father is her role model who always kept smiling even in his hard times.

Kavita is greatly inspired by the quote of Swami Vivekananda- Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is achieved. She feels that we should also keep going always in our life.

When free, Kavita likes to do yoga for her mental and physical strength. She also likes to read books based on children’s psychology so that she could learn the different stages of a child's development.

Sharing her views on the comparison between education and experience, Kavita says that if you need experience you have to take education. She feels that both are necessary and vital for success in life.

To the parents, Kavita says that they should understand that children know their abilities very well. She advises them that they should let the children decide their own goals in their lives. She also says that parents should motivate their children and support them to achieve their goals.

Advising the youth, Kavita says that they should limit their time on social media. She advises them that they should find out the difference between good and bad and then move ahead in their lives.
