Embarking on a business career along with his engineering studies, Kavish  believes that having relevant competencies is more important than focusing only on education.

Kavish Lodha has been leading the Sales Division of his firm, ‘Do My Sales’ since 2018. His company endeavors to assist business organizations in increasing their sales volume.

Kavish was born and brought up in Udaipur. His best childhood recollection is of going to parks with his parents and spending time with them.

Kavish is adamant that experience counts more in today's scenario than education does. In today's world, having the necessary abilities is crucial for success. This conviction led Kavish to concentrate more on attempting various activities and seeking various internships when he first entered college, and gradually things came into place for him. He also stresses the need of having good networking abilities because, with the aid of numerous platforms, most notably LinkedIn, he was able to grow his startup through networking and communication with individuals all over the world.

When he looks back on his Covid-19 experience, he tells us how he used the time to watch TV shows like Ramayan and Mahabharat, expand his skill set, and establish and maintain professional ties virtually.

Kavish enjoys exploring new places and traveling during his free time. In addition, he loves working out and sports. Coldplay's "Sky Full of Stars" is his favorite  song.

When asked where he gets his inspiration from, he replies that he looks up to Sandeep Maheshwari and Ratan Tata for their optimism and humility, respectively.

He states that he would prefer not to change anything when asked what he would change if he could go back in time in a time machine and change something about himself. He thinks that his past has shaped who he is now. He's gained a great deal of knowledge from encountering a variety of people.

According to Kavish, a person with excellent communication and teamwork abilities is a great leader. Additionally, he thinks that, over time, experience helps people develop their leadership abilities. Someone who stands up for everyone in the team is a great leader.

To sum up, he tells us that he finds inspiration in everything around him. He thinks that learning should be a daily goal and that progress is a slow and constant process.
