Kaushal Gautam was born and brought up in a small village in Dausa district of Rajasthan. He completed his schooling in his village only. He has done bachelors in hotel management with specialisation in food production.
Kaushal comes from a rural area. He got inspired by his friends who were already in the hospitality sector and completed his hotel management course from RTU, Kota.
After completing his hotel management he started working as a chef. He says that when he started working as a chef, there were a lot of challenges that he had to face. As being a chef is full of challenges. He had to struggle financially too as his family’s financial background was not so good. But he is of the opinion that despite these challenges, the hospitality sector has a lot of opportunities. He thinks that the opportunities that this industry provides no other industry can provide.
Kaushal has an experience of 8 years working in the hospitality sector. He has worked with many reputed 5 star hotels based in Jaipur. Currently he is working as an assistant professor at a reputed university.
Kaushal regrets that the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the entire hospitality sector. But he suggests youngsters not to be skeptical of making a career in this sector. He thinks that when this sector will boom it will open up a lot of new opportunities.
