Karthik Rathod is the founder of an adventure club that helps people explore their traveler’s side and gives them time off from their busy office life.

Karthik says that from childhood he had an interest in traveling and started this with his best friend.

Karthik was born and brought up in Hyderabad. He did his schooling from Springfield High School and Railway Mixed High School. After that, he did his B.Com. Karthik has also done MBA from the Rama Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Talking about his achievements, Karthik says that he had three dreams in life: being invited to his school/college as a chief guest, pursuing a career aligned with his passion, and getting appreciated by his father. He says that the first two he has achieved and waiting for the last one eagerly. Also, after his MBA he joined a company as an operations manager, and in just two years skipped seven levels and became the Associate Vice President. He feels that it was a great boost for his career.

Talking about his role models, he says that different situations and different phases in life have taught him a lot. Also, his grandfather and his family have always supported him. Karthik says that in his college days he started a ‘Will Foundation’ to work for society and got full support from his family. He is also inspired by the words and deeds of Swami Vivekananda and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

Karthik says that his success mantra in life is that if you are not failing or getting hurdles in life, you are not doing anything at all.

Karthik advises the youth not to miss the beauty of nature due to the  time spent on mobiles and laptops.
