Kapil Sharma is a sensible and educated professional who planned his professional journey efficiently. He believes that hard work always reaps good results.

Kapil Sharma belongs to Baran and completed his education in the city.

His father was an LDC in the Mines & Geology Department and gave his family a good life. Kapil is a teacher in a private CBSE school in Baran.

Kapil has fond memories of his childhood which was spent with his friends. He reminisces about one of his trips to Goa with his friends via aeroplane. Although everyone in his friends’ circle works in different sectors, he is happy everyone is well connected.

At the age of twenty-four, Kapil completed his M.Sc and started teaching. He taught for almost six months before switching to the Medical Pharma industry. He entered into the Pharma industry via a friend's support and landed a decent job at a company known as Venus Remedies. He earned well and settled down in Kota. He also worked in the specialist and gynaecology departments. Later, he worked in another Pharma company. He also worked for the Adar Poonawalla Serum Institute in the Kota and Udaipur regions. He worked in the Pharma industry for seven to eight years and gained immense knowledge and experience.

Later, in 2015, Kapil returned to Baran, bought a property, made a home, and started teaching again. Due to his English proficiency, Kapil joined English medium schools in Baran. He worked at Sant Sudha Sagar Public School for three years and switched to New Era Convent School, where he is currently teaching. Kapil also takes private tuitions of CBSE, RBSE, and English medium students up to class tenth.

Kapil’s role models are his parents, who taught him to keep moving forward in life. Moreover, one of his managers, Mr Pankaj Sharma, is his inspiration, who encouraged and motivated him to work hard, as hard work reaps success.

Being a teacher himself, Kapil advises aspiring teachers to have a good hold on the subjects they teach, develop interesting teaching styles, and make education entertaining for the kids.

He thinks that education is a must up to a certain level, but the practical application of education is crucial to gaining experience.
