As a Lab Technician, Kamlesh teaches the skills and technical aspects of electrical work to students in the electrical department.

Kamlesh Kumawat is a Lab Technician at Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College. He trains students in practical electrical work like motor rewinding, house wiring, etc. Kamlesh has been working at the institute for 22 years now.

Kamlesh hails from Udaipur, Rajasthan. He completed his schooling at Alok Senior Secondary School, followed by ITI from Audyogik Prashikshan Sansthan. He worked at RSMM and Wolkem India before coming into academia.

When asked about his role models, Kamlesh says he draws inspiration from his father and his former principal at Alok School.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Kamlesh says that he took great care of his neighbors who were not that well off. On the professional front, he continued to take classes in online mode. He also taught his own children at home.

Kamlesh advises people interested in the electrical field to either go for an ITI or a diploma. He adds that one can also go for B.Tech as well, which opens opportunities in both private and government sectors. Kamlesh says that students can also start their own startups.

लैब टेक्नीशियन के रूप में कमलेश इलेक्ट्रिकल विभाग के छात्रों को इलेक्ट्रिकल कार्य के कौशल और तकनीकी पहलुओं को पढ़ाते हैं।

कमलेश कुमावत विद्या भवन पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में लैब टेक्नीशियन हैं। वह मोटर रिवाइंडिंग, हाउस वायरिंग आदि जैसे व्यावहारिक बिजली के काम में छात्रों को प्रशिक्षित करते हैं। कमलेश 22 साल से संस्थान में काम कर रहे हैं।

कमलेश उदयपुर, राजस्थान के रहने वाले हैं। उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा आलोक सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल से पूरी की, इसके बाद औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान से आईटीआई किया। शिक्षण में आने से पहले उन्होंने आरएसएमएम और वोल्केम इंडिया में काम किया।

अपने रोल मॉडल के बारे में पूछे जाने पर, कमलेश कहते हैं कि वह अपने पिता और आलोक स्कूल में अपने पूर्व प्रिंसिपल से प्रेरणा लेते हैं।
