Kamlesh Jain has been working as a Broker in the Stock Market for the last fifteen years. Alongside, he also runs a cafe under the name, ‘Chai ka Adda’ in Udaipur.
Kamlesh belongs to Udaipur. He did his schooling from Mahavir Vidya Mandir and BN School in Udaipur. Then he did his graduation from University College of Commerce, Udaipur.
He started his journey by working in the textile industry in Surat, Gujarat where he worked for fifteen years. Thereafter, he came back to Udaipur and started his readymade garment business. But after a few years, because of the famine in Rajasthan, he suffered a loss in his business and ended up doing a job. After a while, when his situation improved, he started an artificial jewelry business in the city and also stepped into the Stock Market in which he mainly deals in Equity and Commodity. Recently, he has also started a cafe in which he runs a game zone along with serving snacks and tea.
About his struggles, Kamlesh says that he has been through a lot of challenges and faced many difficulties in his journey. He did several jobs, started multiple businesses but nothing worked for him and he had to face business closures within a year or two. But he never gave up and he never let negativity come in his life and as a result, he is leading a successful life today.
Talking about his Covid experience, Kamlesh says that when all the businesses came to a standstill during the Covid period and there was uproar all around, he learned that money does not matter in life. He says that a healthy life along with having your family around and everybody’s well being, is the only asset a human can ask for. On the professional front, he kept doing his share market work offline with his regular clients to meet his household expenses. Also, being a member of BJS, he provided his services by distributing food packets to the needy.
Kamlesh opines that although Education is necessary, but without Experience, education is of no use.
To anyone who wants to make a career in the stock market, Kamlesh advises them to first research about things that you use in a daily routine and then take a knowledge about those companies to invest in them. Further he suggests them to invest your money in the fundamental companies for a short term and as soon as you get good returns, withdraw from it.
