Mohammad Kaif is a Usta Kala artist from Bikaner, Rajasthan.  He learned the intricate art from his father and has remained dedicated to this traditional craft ever since then.

Although he ventured into modelling and won the title of Mr. Bikaner in 2017, he returned to his roots after COVID. He acknowledges past mistakes, including a gap in his practice and losses from a business venture.

Kaif Usta observed his father closely and learned the art of Usta Kala. He also holds a degree in Fine Arts. Kaif regards his father as his role model, having learned the art form from him.

His mantra is to always chant the name of Ustad Shaukat Ali and continually work on improving your art.

Kaif Usta advises attending government-organized camps to gain an introduction to Usta art, but emphasises that mastering it requires years of dedication.

In his free time, Kaif enjoys travelling with friends and playing online games.
