Leaving behind the barriers of society, Jyoti runs her parlor successfully in Rajsamand.

Jyoti is a professional beautician. She has been in this field for 25 years. She also motivates other girls to be bold and fulfill their dreams.

Jyoti hails from Rajsamand. She has studied up to VIII Grade only. She wanted to be a nurse or a beautician. But she did not receive any support from anywhere. In her family, girls were not allowed to enter any professional field. However, due to her bold nature, she entered the beautician field.

Jyoti says she was interested in sports. But she did not receive any support from her family.

Jyoti got married at the age of 15. But, as she wanted to do something in life, she kept on learning by observing things.

Talking about her challenges, Jyoti says it was a big challenge for her to convince her family to do something. Her husband motivated her to go ahead.

Sharing about her journey, Jyoti says she has never taken any professional training. She joined a class for her training. Jyoti attended seminars where she learned a lot. She worked in a parlor for six years and became perfect in her field.

Talking about her role models, Jyoti says that her mother is her role model who faced a lot of struggles in her life.

Sharing her Covid experiences, Jyoti says she learned a lot during the Covid pandemic. She practiced different hairstyles and her makeup. She also conducted online classes for her students. She remained positive although she faced loss in her business like others.

For aspirants of the beauty field, Jyoti suggests working honestly and not to harm others. Keep the focus on your work. Also, building your career should be your priority. She also advises them to obey their teachers.

For one and all, Jyoti advises people to walk in the morning and keep themselves fit.

In her spare time, Jyoti likes walking, and trekking, which keeps her fresh and healthy.
