A banker, Jithin thinks that to live happily and become successful in life instead of quitting, you should take a break when things don’t seem to work out and then start afresh.

Jithin Krishna Subramaniam is the branch head of the South Indian Bank in Udaipur. He has been working with the bank for the past twelve years.

Jithin hails from Kerala. He completed his school and college from Kerala itself. He did his bachelors from St. George’s College. He did his MBA from Kochi in Kerala.

Talking about his professional journey, Jithin says that he started off his career as a probationer with South Indian Bank. Then he was promoted to assistant manager. He kept on getting promotions with time, and currently, he serves as the branch head of a branch of the bank in Udaipur.

Talking about struggles in his life, Jithin says that you feel like struggling when things don’t work according to you. He advises people to take a break if things don’t seem to work out for them and then resume again as this is the way to remain happy in life. He says that he feared Mathematics in school but he worked hard and overcame the fear and also scored well in bachelors and masters in subjects that used applied mathematics.

Talking about COVID, he says that he liked it initially during the pandemic. But later it started affecting him. Besides, he says that many people had to suffer financially during the pandemic as their incomes decreased.

Talking about his role models, Jithin says that he considers his father as his role model. He says that his father worked hard to establish himself and make his money. Besides, he also considers late APJ Abdul Kalam as his role model.

In his spare time, Jithin likes to go trekking and go on drives.
