Jitendra took the plunge to resign from his job and kickstart his entrepreneurial journey. He has learnt a lot in the process and loves meeting new people in his business set up.

Jitendra Rathore belongs to Neemuch . He is currently living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Jitendra serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Infinity Spare Tech, a partnership firm which he started in 2020.

Recalling his childhood, Jitendra says he did his schooling at a government school. Following the trend those days, he decided to choose textile engineering as his choice. Thereafter, he got a campus placement in a company called Voltas, followed by the position of Technical Sales Manager in a Swiss company.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Jitendra shares that he started his YouTube channel ‘Sangarsh ke Moti’ to pursue his hobby of writing poetry and creating travel blogs during the COVID period. However, on the health front, he contracted the virus at a time when he was away from his family.

When asked about his success mantra, Jitendra shares that his humble nature, valuing the customer, and customer satisfaction play a crucial role in his success. He adds that staying consistent and having sound product knowledge are two other factors behind the success of his venture.

Discussing his toughest decision, Jitendra says that resigning from his job to pursue his entrepreneurial journey was a difficult and risky call for him. However, once he took the plunge, it became a smooth journey for him. Meeting new people and traveling to new places has been the best thing he has derived from his journey.

When asked about his thoughts on education v/s experience, Jitendra says that education is just like a key to a lock; however, the rest of the journey is carried forward by one’s interpersonal skills.

Jitendra advises the youth to never give up and be consistent in their efforts. He adds that it is important to make the right decisions at the right time and work in the right direction.

If Jitendra could go back in a Time Machine, he would rectify certain mistakes he once committed. He would also revisit his childhood and relive those moments.
