Jitendra Mathur has been running his hotel for the last twenty-four years.
He belongs to Udaipur and did his schooling in the city itself. Jitendra believes that sufficient manpower and a good partnership between the staff and owners leads to a successful business in the hotel and tourism industry.
Jitendra’s parents, especially his mother, have been his source of strength and support throughout his life’s struggles. It is due to her support and encouragement that he is successful and settled, as he feels.
Jitendra believes that one should always respect their elders and use their experiences, ideas, and opinions to do better in life. He has also learned through his experiences that unity gives power and success. Therefore, he and his siblings manage their hotel business in unison.
During Covid, Jitendra contributed to society by extending his support to various social works and activities.
Jitendra believes that in the following months, the hotel industry will experience a boom in the business due to the changing needs of the people. As more and more people will travel to escape from the boring and mundane domestic life, the hotel industry will prosper in the coming months and years, in his opinion.
Jitendra says he faced many challenges in his life but faced them with patience and sincerity.
Jitendra talks about the advantages of being a hotelier, which includes having multiple social relationships with people of various cultures. Thus, he claims that the hotel industry has lots of scope for the aspirants. Moreover, he says that a hard-working, jolly and polite natured, and accommodating individual will succeed manifold in the hotel business.
Jitendra is a member of the Anti-Corruption Bureau and many other social service organisations. He likes to contribute to society honestly and wholeheartedly.
Jitendra feels that a combo of Education and Experience yields successful results.
Jitendra worked hard and established a successful business by maintaining good relations with his customers and providing them with a homely atmosphere at his hotel. He counts them as his invaluable achievements.
Jitendra advises the youngsters to be patient, maintain jovial relationships with people around them, get inspired and always keep learning.
