A public relations officer, Jaya has been working in the education field for over two decades and has worked in many verticals. She believes in working in a way that helps not only in your personal development but also in the overall development of the country.

Jaya Paliwal has been working as a Public Relations Officer for the Aravali Group of Colleges for the past five years. She has twenty years of experience in the education field, where she has worked as an assistant professor, principal, and public relations officer.

Talking about her childhood and education, Jaya says that her parental house is in Kankroli, but her education took place in Udaipur. She has a master's degree in both Economics and English. She has also completed a B. Ed., an M.A. in Education, and an MBA. She says that her initial days as a child were tough as she had to face a lot of struggles. She adds that even after starting from a difficult situation, she reached a good place in her life.

When asked about her role models, Jaya says that her grandfather is her role model, as he was a very enthusiastic person and always placed an emphasis on education. Earlier, girls’ education was not prioritized in her village, but he considered it very important. She took inspiration from him to reach a good place in her life.

Jaya feels that we should always be careful before doing anything in life so that we do not have to later regret having done something. She also believes we should make ourselves capable enough  not to have to think twice before helping others.

Sharing about her struggles, Jaya feels that women still have to struggle at the workplace due to patriarchal mindsets, and even giving a hundred percent effort sometimes does not prove enough. She says that she has also faced the same situation many times, and it distresses her a lot.

Talking about her profession, Jaya says that good communication skills and confidence are necessary to enter this field.

Jaya feels that education and experience are both important in life, as both are important for the learning process.

Advising the youth, Jaya says that they should realize that India is a developing nation, and we have to work hard for the overall development of our nation. They should try to establish their own businesses as well.

If given a time machine, Jaya would like to relive her childhood days when she used to enjoy her life in a carefree way.
