Jai Kumar Kuttiyil is a Choreographer. He advises everyone to always think positively in life and never get demotivated by failures.

Jai Kumar Kuttiyil was born in Kerala but raised in Mumbai. He is a Choreographer and owner of Rising Star Dance Academy which is a nationally certified Dance Academy.

Jai says that he has been working as an Assistant Choreographer in the Indian Film Industry since 2009. He has worked with legends like Saroj Khan, Remo D’Souza, and many renowned directors. He has also participated in many reality shows.

Jai says that he takes inspiration from everyone around him irrespective of age. Talking about Role Models, he says that Michael Jackson and Prabu Deva have influenced his style. He is also following Tiger Shroff in recent times.

Jai says that he has learned from watching videos and observing other dancers. He used to perform in functions like ‘Ganpati Utsav’ and would garner appreciation.

Jai says that competition has increased manifold due to reality shows and increased opportunities in the field. He feels that every home has a dancer nowadays.

He advises the young to practice as much as possible and to take part in auditions. They should attach themselves with some established Choreographer because that will bring more opportunities according to Jai.

Apart from Dance, Jai is learning to play the Guitar. He also likes going out with friends and family and also to learn more about the field through YouTube.
