Jatin Sharma is a theater artist.

Jatin is from Delhi and has done his graduation from the department of Indian Theatre in Chandigarh. He even did a master's degree in theater. Now he is doing theater in Delhi. Apart from this, he has also worked in short web series and films.

Talking about the COVID era, Jatin says that he faced financial difficulties because they are all artists who work on a project basis. Many of their projects were postponed or left unfinished. As a result, payments were delayed or received in installments. However, people were cooperative and understanding, which helped in receiving payments, and that was a positive aspect of the situation.

Jatin says that he finds motivation in energetic individuals and actively avoids negative, lazy, or uninspiring people. People who demonstrate discipline and dedication are a significant source of inspiration for him.

Jatin believes that In his profession, there are no shortcuts, and hard work is essential. While hard work has always been valuable, he acknowledges that today's world emphasizes smart work, and he encourages others to adopt this approach.

Jatin’s message is that talent exists in different forms – some are born with it, while others must discover and nurture it. He encourages people to identify their talents and invest in them through education and self-improvement to excel in their chosen areas.

Jatin highlights that leadership qualities are not solely dependent on experience; some individuals possess natural leadership abilities, even when they are new to the field.

Jatin says that prioritize education first, and experience will naturally follow as you begin working in your chosen field.

Beyond his work, Jatin enjoys a variety of interests, including exercising, writing, singing, composing shayari (poetry), traveling to the mountains and immersing himself in nature, as well as watching movies.

Jatin’s favorite actors include Dilip Kumar, Laziz Sahib, and Irrfan Khan.

Jatin says that if he had access to a time machine and the opportunity to revisit the past, he would pursue his dream of joining the army, as he once aspired to do.
