She shares that her passion for coffee began in aviation itself, where the beverage kick started her day. Upon getting married, the first thing that the couple did was get a coffee machine for themselves. After Jasneep retired from aviation, she became a corporate trainer. However, Jasneep and her husband had the desire to start something together, and this was when they identified their shared passion, which lay in coffee.
The couple have traveled all over the world and tasted every type of coffee coming from diverse cultures. Their experience with coffee gave them a proper idea as to how coffee should actually taste. So both of them started their research work in 2018 and went to Vietnam to learn coffee roasting. After coming back to India, the couple bought a roaster and started practicing on it. They later concentrated on branding and design for their soon-to-be-launched startup.

Sharing her pandemic experience, Jasneep says that the first lockdown gave her ample time to sit alone and spend time with her husband for three months. She says it was the best experience she'd had since her years of traveling. The couple spent their time cooking and gardening at home. However, on the flip side, the second lockdown made Jasneep depressed, especially when her mother contracted the virus. On the professional front, Jasneep started her coffee roasting company during the pandemic.
Talking about her achievements, Jasneep says that she is proud of her education and what she has achieved so far. She has upskilled herself at every step to fit into a particular position or role. When asked about her thoughts on education v/s experience, Jasneep says that educating yourself about something and the practical implementation of it are both different. She believes that practical experience is a little more important than education.
