Jai Motwani started his journey in the optical business at the age of ten. He learned the work until eighteen years of age. He believes experience is the most valuable thing in life.
Jai believes in working with a free mindset and giving that freedom to others too. As he grew, he made numerous friends and his circle expanded. Jai has been a passionate being and has felt God’s support in providing him with learning opportunities.
Jai believes that family acts as the backbone of an individual and thus, should never be avoided. One should always listen to their parents and share a healthy bond with them. Jai wasn’t good at academics but always obeyed his parents and created his success.
Jai’s role model is his father who taught him the main principles to live life, which are respecting the elders and honesty. Jai also followed his mentor religiously and learned everything about his trade from him.
There were times when Jai fell into the cracks of mental stress and found himself helpless. However, with time he bounced forward and learned to deal with things.
Jai feels that one should keep fewer expectations from the world and help those in need.
According to Jai, one should work hard for the first five to ten years of their life to reap positive benefits later.
In his free time, Jai likes driving and listening to music. He also visits friends sometimes.
