He felt like he was working like a machine, following the same routine, and not accomplishing anything. Then, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, he saw an opportunity. He explored various things and discovered that writing books is one of the best ways to give back to society. This led him into the field of book writing and non-fiction writing.

Reminiscing about his childhood, Jagat, who hails from a small village called Khairthal in Alwar, Rajasthan, says that he comes from a herding caste and witnessed his parents' struggles early on. He was motivated by the saying, "If you are born poor, it is not your fault, but if you die poor, it is definitely your fault." He says that he is the most educated person in his family, holding a postgraduate degree in IT, and he believes that education is crucial for overcoming difficult circumstances and progressing in life.
When asked about his role models, Jagat says that it is his father, who has always been a supportive figure, and Arfeen Khan, a TV actor and renowned coach whom he found on the internet. He shares that he joined Arfeen Khan's system ‘The Incredible You’ in January 2021, and it positively impacted his fitness, financial situation, and relationships.

Regarding fiction writing, he acknowledges that it is a bit challenging. He invites people to reach out to him for assistance.
