Ishika shifted from the commerce stream to the aviation field since she had always wanted to work in the aviation industry. She was successful in landing a job in the same field because of her cheerful and optimistic attitude.

Ishika Ghosliya is currently pursuing Aviation Management from VFLY Aviation & Hospitality Training Academy, Udaipur. She has already been selected as a cabin crew member by Air India Express.

Ishika shares that she always found the aviation sector to be fascinating. Her desire as a child was to take to the skies in an aircraft. She joined the VFLY Aviation & Hospitality Training Academy in Udaipur after realizing she wanted to work in the aviation sector. She claims that working on her personality was a turning point in her life. She is appreciative of her teachers for helping her improve her communication abilities, which increased her confidence.

Describing difficulties faced by her, Ishika states that moving from the commerce stream to the aviation industry was difficult for her. It took her some time to become used to her surroundings, develop her interpersonal skills, and groom herself.

Recounting her achievements, Ishika mentions that she played inter-school basketball and held the position of the captain of her school basketball team. She also won a gold medal in karate in a district championship in Udaipur. In 2020, she was her school's Miss Farewell as well. She's been chosen as Miss VFLY for 2023.

Advising all those who want to pursue the aviation field, Ishika advocates that you must have excellent communication skills, possess confidence, and imbibe a never-give-up attitude. She believes that in order to reassure passengers that their flight will be enjoyable, cabin crew members need to exude confidence. She goes on to state that post twelfth grade or graduation, a variety of aviation management courses are available that can be pursued.

Talking about her role models, Ishika views her parents as her inspiration, who have supported her in every decision. She has learned from them how to overcome struggles in her life. She also gets motivated by listening to her favorite song, ‘Ek zindagi meri’ from the movie ‘Angreji Medium’.
