Inder has come a long way in life since he started his venture 15 years ago. Due to his dedication, his venture, Swachh Housekeeping Services, is now successful. He is happy with his journey so far and has never looked back.

Inder hails from Udaipur. He earned his PG diploma in journalism.

Inder shares his journey, saying that after completing his graduation in journalism, he started his career in media. But soon he realized that a media job did not leave him time for his family. He was yearning for change, and suddenly the idea of starting cleaning services struck him.

Inder shares that the first contract he got was with the local Mahindra vehicle dealer. Initially, there were challenges. Adequate manpower was difficult to arrange. Sometimes he had to wash cars himself. But he was never deterred. Gradually, his venture, Swachh Housekeeping Services, grew, and he landed contracts with several companies, especially almost all of the IT companies in Udaipur. His core strengths are his method of working and teamwork. His success mantra is dedication and delegation of work. Apart from cleaning and housekeeping, his company also does car interior work.

In his spare time, Inder likes to go places around Udaipur. He loves spending time with his family away from his otherwise busy schedule.

When asked about his role models, Inder mentions the owner of the Mahindra dealership, Mr. S.K. Parihar, who always encouraged him. He also considers his wife, Sunita, a role model who has always supported him and stood by him through all the ups and downs of life.

Inder’s message for the youth is that you should never shy away from your work, keep focused, and give your work your maximum attention if you want to succeed in your venture. According to him, you must always have pride in your work, whatever it may be, and give your best to it.
