Leaving behind the odds in life, Hiren is successfully moving ahead in his life in the field of tourism and hospitality management.

Hiren Parikh is working as a Front Office Manager at Pandora Hotels and Resorts in Udaipur.

Hiren belongs to Ahmedabad. He has recently moved to Udaipur with his family and joined Pandora hotel.

Hiren did B.Com and then went to Europe to do a diploma course in Hotel Management. He did an MBA from Bulgaria.

Recalling his childhood memories, Hiren says that after his father's death he used to live with his maternal grandmother and aunt who looked after him and saved him from all the troubles.

Talking about his entry into the field of hospitality, Hiren says that he had never thought of entering the field of hospitality. After his 10th, he did a course in A/C mechanics. While doing his practical training in a hotel, he was inspired by the blazers of his superiors while he was in a mechanic dress and then he decided to join the hotel industry. After his studies, he came to India and joined a hotel as a front-office executive. Slowly he got promotions and he continued in this industry.

Continuing to share about his journey, Hiren says that after working seven years in the hotel industry in Europe, he learned to value teamwork and the importance of every employee whatever position or responsibility they hold in benefiting the company.

Hiren's life became full of struggles when his father passed away when he was three years old. His mother struggled a lot in her life and raised him up. He also started working after his 10th in the hotel industry to support his mother as much as he could.

When asked about role models in his life, Hiren says that he considers his mother as his role model who inspired him to stand straight in his life. He learned a positive attitude and also learned how to solve problems and remove obstacles from his life.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Hiren says that both theoretical and practical knowledge are essential in life. According to him, 30% theory and 70% experience are important.

If a Time Machine is given to him, Hiren would like to go back to his technical field because he feels that the technical field is far better than any other field.

When free, Hiren likes to listen to the positive speeches of Swaminarayan.

To the aspirants in the field of hospitality and tourism, Hiren advises them to keep patience. He says that one will grow in a hierarchy in this industry. If someone demotivates you, you should not quit.

To one and all, Hiren advises everyone that they should have a passion to learn new things every day. Then it is up to you whether you adopt it or ignore it.

Hiren's success mantra is to give hundred percent to your job. Work with full dedication, love your job and have a passion to learn new things every day.
