Hiral Shah is the Founder and Director of Maeve Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai. His company specialises in web-based ERP solutions, serving clients across India. He is currently working to integrate future technologies with current trends in the software industry.

Currently, Maeve Global Solutions is focusing on developing VR solutions, including metaverse and virtual reality solutions, which are poised to revolutionise the software industry. Hiral emphasises understanding customer demands and experiences to tailor their products accordingly, enhancing the overall customer experience.

A key project involves leveraging VR and blockchain technology to enhance the real estate sector. Their goal is to provide an immersive experience that simulates an actual site visit, offering clients a realistic and immersive environment.

Hiral's journey began in 1999, when he started his career at an IT company. There, he gained valuable experience and global exposure, which he later applied at CIBI, where he worked until 2016. In 2016, he ventured out on his own and worked on digital cloud-based ERP software solutions, a pioneering move in India. Innovation and creativity are at the core of his business philosophy, aimed at delivering value-added services to clients.

Born in Jamnagar and raised in Mumbai, Hiral's always been a creative soul. He fondly remembers his childhood days, where every day was a canvas for his imagination.
