He has served as Club President, Chairman of various District Level Rotary Committees, “My Rotary” Committee Chairman, and currently serves as the Rotary District Committee Chairman for Environment Initiatives. One of the most memorable milestones in his Rotary career came during the Rotary year 2019-20, when he served as Club President under the guidance of District Governor Bina Desai. During that period, his club undertook an ambitious project focused on one of Rotary's key areas of focus: Basic Education and Literacy.

Under his leadership, more than ten government schools in nearby villages were transformed into "Happy Schools." The initiative aimed to create an improved learning environment for students by addressing infrastructure gaps and enhancing educational facilities.

Rotary Club Jaipur Bapu Nagar members worked together to provide furniture, improve classroom environments, construct sanitation facilities, and support primary healthcare services in these schools. Born and educated in Delhi, Vipan Bahl completed his schooling and Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University before pursuing an MBA from Rajasthan University.
