Coming from an agricultural background, Kailash decided to enter the food industry, offering a variety of dosas to satisfy people's cravings. He has won the hearts of his customers with his exceptional service.

Kailash Chandra Jat is the proprietor at Sigdi Dosa Restaurant, which offers more than hundred varieties of dosa. Inspired by a similar concept in Gujarat, Kailash and his friend decided to establish it on a large scale in Udaipur.

Kailash belongs to Rajsamand and is currently residing in Udaipur. He completed his secondary education in Rajsamand, followed by his higher secondary education at Fateh Senior Secondary School, Udaipur. Kailash is currently in his final year of a BSc in Agriculture at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology.

Kailash comes from a family of farmers and takes a keen interest in reading agriculture related books. Talking about his achievements, Kailash says that launching Sigdi Dosa and growing it within a span of one year has been an achievement for him. He feels happy to share that many customers know him and take pleasure in trying what he has to offer.

Kailash advises the young to gain some work experience along with their education.

कैलाश चंद्र जाट सिगडी डोसा रेस्टोरेंट के प्रोपराइटर हैं, जो सौ से अधिक प्रकार के डोसा पेश करते है। गुजरात में इसी तरह की अवधारणा से प्रेरित होकर, कैलाश और उनके दोस्त ने इसे उदयपुर में बड़े पैमाने पर स्थापित करने का फैसला किया।

कैलाश राजसमंद के रहने वाले हैं और फिलहाल उदयपुर में रह रहे हैं। उन्होंने अपनी माध्यमिक शिक्षा राजसमंद में पूरी की, उसके बाद उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षा फतेह सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल, उदयपुर में पूरी की। कैलाश वर्तमान में महाराणा प्रताप कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय में कृषि में बीएससी के अंतिम वर्ष में है।
