Himanshu is an entrepreneur who started his company with the vision to do something for his city. He likes recruiting new talents, training them, and bringing the best to his projects.

Himanshu Chaturvedi is the founder and owner of MotionGility Pvt. Ltd., an Indore-based explainer video company that started in 2015.

Himanshu was born in Uttar Pradesh. His father and grandfather both were farmers. When Himanshu was nine years old, he was sent to Indore by his grandfather to study.

Himanshu further says that he never had any interest in subjects like Science, Maths, and English. He was more inclined towards the arts field. After his 10th class, he joined an animation course and completed it simultaneously with his 12th class and started doing a job.

Himanshu says that he always had a dream to do something for his city. For the same reason, he left his job and came back to Indore, and decided to start his own business. Himanshu shares that he had no infrastructure and no proper setup when he started. He started hiring people who had failed in life due to one or the other reasons but were zealous enough to learn. This way, he created a team for himself.

Himanshu further shares that in the first year they landed ten projects. In the second year, he learned more about marketing and sales and started applying those principles and landed their first big client, ITC. Today, they are working with clients like Porsche, Nisan, HDFC Life, and ICICI Bank.

Sharing about his achievements, Himanshu says that in 2017, they became the top creative agency at Upwork. In 2018, Silicon India chose them as the Best Explainer Video Company. In 2019, they were chosen as the Best Explainer Video Company by Dainik Bhaskar and Times of India. They received various accolades from The Manifest, Dainik Jagran, and The Design Company in 2020. Himanshu was also invited as a speaker and panelist by the Mumbai Film Industry at the Cannes Summit. He was also nationally recognized for doing AI Design for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. However, the biggest achievement he considers is giving his mother some happiness in life as she struggled throughout her life to give the best to Himanshu in terms of education and life.

Himanshu feels that we learn from our mistakes in life. He says that during his entrepreneurship journey he realized that every decision should be made after due consideration. As an employee, he used to think that the employer is at ease working flexibly without much worry but when he became one, he realized that it was not the case. Himanshu says that we should work with hundred percent dedication and learn from our mistakes to never repeat them in future.

Advising the aspirants to the field, Himanshu says that getting inspired by watching films and cartoons is one thing, and working in the field is a completely different thing. He says that this field also requires a great deal of dedication and hard work. He advises them to learn from various sources like the internet and also work diligently in their internship phases.

When asked about his role models, Himanshu says that first and foremost his mother is the one who made him a hard worker in life. He then says that his childhood friend, the CEO of his company, i.e., his wife, also supported and motivated him in tough life situations. Himanshu says that he will always be indebted to his sister as well who gave him the initial investment to start his business. Lastly, he says that Rahul Arora is another name that comes to his mind when looking for a shoulder to rely on in tough situations.

The quote that Himanshu follows in life is, “I am the creator of my own destruction.”
