Hemant is a family man, who likes to take all the responsibilities of the house and fulfill them. He has been running his family business for over twenty-five years and is taking it to heights.

Hemant Gupta has been running his family business of Carpet Manufacturing and Exporting under the name ‘Mangal Exports’ in Jaipur since 1996. He also deals in the trading of lubricants of vehicles.

Hemant is currently living in Jaipur, but he was born in Tonk and spent his childhood there. He studied at Tagore Bal Niketan School till 8th grade. Due to the lack of private schools for further studies, he completed his schooling from a government school there. Further, he did his graduation from Government P.G. College.

Recalling his childhood, Hemant says that he had been a disciplined child since childhood and was good at studies too. He had a deep affinity with everyone around. He was also ahead in social work, due to which he was made the President of the Youth Wing of the Agarwal Samaj in the 9th grade itself. Later on, he joined the RSS and fulfilled all his responsibilities in the organization sincerely.

Talking about his role models, Hemant says he considers his parents as his role models. His father has been an honest social worker and that image of his father inspires him a lot.

According to Hemant, a good leader should be a good speaker and should take everyone along. Telling us about his best quality, he says that he does not like to get involved in conflicts and this quality has brought him a long way.

In his free time, Hemant likes to play cricket, football and badminton. Besides this, he enjoys spending time with his family. Sometimes he even travels.

Expressing his disappointment in today’s youth, Hemant says that they lack patience and want to achieve success in a short span of time, that doesn’t happen. He recommends them to set their goals with stipulated time and try to achieve them with hard work. He also tells them to choose the right friends because the wrong company will lead them astray and they will never be able to achieve what they want to.
