Hasini is an overachiever for her age. She is so multi-talented that she always looks beyond possibilities to explore new horizons besides being the youngest motivational speaker.

Hasini Lakshminarayan is a thirteen year old student.

She runs a Non-profit organization called ‘First Step.’ It aims to uplift rural areas and empower vulnerable children and women by providing them education and health services. Besides this, they appreciate the ‘young achievers’, younger ones who have achieved at a young age by providing them a platform at First Step. She is also into Blogging and Freelance Writing, and writes for ‘The Hindu Edition’. She is a TEDx Speaker, Host and a Moderator and has conducted several seminars in schools and colleges.

Hasini is currently studying in Chettinad Vidyashram, Chennai. She is an Art graduate, having two degrees in it. She says that her father himself is a motivational speaker. Because of which he used to travel to many places for seminars and she also used to accompany him. Growing up seeing all these things since childhood, she also got inclined towards this field. Apart from this, she has always been good at studies as well as in extracurricular activities.

Hasini considers Sujeet Kumar as his role model because he is a true speaker who can attract people’s attention towards his speech and help them listen carefully in order to inspire them to move forward in life. Other than that, her parents and family are her role models for supporting her at every point of time.

Hasini’s approach to Success is that if you help someone else succeed, it means you yourself have succeeded. She adds by saying that success doesn’t come overnight, it takes a lot of hard work and time.

Apart from work, Hasini enjoys painting, listening to music and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.
