Harshita Jain is a Digital Marketer and Food Blogger at HungrySoul23.
Hailing from Udaipur, She completed her schooling at St. Gregorios Sr. Sec. School and obtained her undergraduate degree from MLSU. Subsequently, she pursued postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management Studies, MLSU, and earned her MBA degree. Although she commenced a CMA course, she discontinued it midway as she realised it wasn't her area of interest. She then dedicated herself to a career in digital marketing and food blogging.
During her Digital Marketing course, she gained insights into Instagram pages and blogging, which prompted her to establish her own page. She gradually acquired photography skills from her brother and ventured into food blogging.
When asked about her role models, Harshita expresses admiration for Gujarati individuals, renowned for their cheerful and jolly nature. She imbibed from them the philosophy of relishing one's desired cuisine and leading a joyful life. For Harshita, food is a source of happiness.
Recounting her challenges, Harshita discloses that her primary struggle as a food blogger and digital marketer lay in the competitive landscape. Additionally, she faced client demands to compromise on quality while reducing charges, a proposition she found unacceptable. Nevertheless, her family and friends provided their unwavering support to her, facilitating her journey.
Highlighting her achievements, Harshita mentions her representation of Rajasthan at the state level in basketball and being honoured with the Social Media Influencer Award of the Year.
To all the budding bloggers, Harshita explains that blogging is not just about posting a few pictures; it is also about detailed reviews of the food's taste, quality, staff services, and location of the restaurant or food joint. She recommends incorporating either a descriptive voiceover or detailed captions to provide readers with a better understanding of the place. She further notes the potential for monetary gains through Instagram pages and blogs.
Given the opportunity to revisit the past in a time machine, she expresses a desire to persuade her grandfather against selling their property, as its current value far exceeds their earlier estimations.
Harshita's life mantra revolves around pursuing activities that bring her utmost happiness.
