Harshit understood his responsibilities at a very young age. He struggled a lot, but kept fighting and did small jobs. But now he is an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank.

Harshit Pareek belongs to Dhoti village in Sheopur district of Madhya Pradesh. He did his primary education from a government school there. He says that the financial condition of his family was never good due to the deteriorating health of his father.. When he began to understand these things, he thought of becoming a helping hand for his family. And so he started a business of water balls on a handcart along with his father. Due to not having much income in that business, he also started a cooked flattened rice business in the morning time.

After 8th class, Harshit had to go to school in a nearby village. But to give him a good education, his parents sent him to his maternal grandparents’ place in Baran district in Rajasthan. However, he was disturbed by the abusive environment of the private school there and gradually he too was becoming like them. To get away from all this, his friend advised him to work as a Computer Operator in a college there. After working there for fifteen days, he had to leave that job. Soon he took a job in sales and marketing.

By the time Harshit came to 10th std, hanging around with friends, he forgot the condition of his house. But after coming in 11th, he started thinking wisely again and came on track. He wanted to take Commerce in 11th but as that subject was not available in his school, he had to take Arts but he passed 12th with good marks. After coming to college, along with studies, he also did accounting work at the vegetable shop of his friend’s elder brother.

Meanwhile, he did many other small jobs. One day, he got a call for a job in some employment scheme in Chhoti Sadri, Rajasthan. He struggled a lot in that job too. Then he got a job in AL Paper House, Jaipur as a Computer Operator. After working for some time, he lost that job too because of Covid. Again he started wandering and struggled a lot to get some or other job. Finally, he got a good salaried job in Axis Bank as an Assistant Manager and is still working there.

In the meantime, Harshit’s father died and now all the responsibility of the house rests with him and he is doing well.

Harshit advises everyone to never get disappointed with anything, keep working hard, keep moving forward, never lag behind and you will get what you want.
