Harshal has been teaching the subjects of taxation, accountancy, and statistics at Badala Classes for the past five years. He believes that education is essential for personal and professional growth.

Harshal Gandhi is a coaching class instructor specializing in the subjects of taxation, accounting, and statistics at Badala Classes.

Harshal has over five years of experience as a tutor. He had been passionate about teaching since childhood. After the age of 19, he started pursuing his education career gradually by taking tuition. He began his teaching career with only two students. Teaching accounting was his passion.

Since his family belonged to a commerce background, naturally he too was inclined toward the commerce stream. He completed his higher secondary education and taught tuition in accounting after passing out of school. He received his B.Com. degree.

According to Harshal, there is a very good educational environment at Badala classes. The students are sincere, hardworking, and dedicated. His fellow colleagues are not acquaintances but treat each other as family. Rahul Badala, sir, is also a genuinely hardworking and passionate educator who is never bossy toward his subordinates despite being the owner of the institute.

Harshal thinks thorough subject knowledge is a must for any aspiring educator. In addition to that, one must understand the needs of the students, present the lecture in an easy-to-understand manner, and be patient while clarifying doubts.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was very difficult for him to motivate students, as the students who were aspiring for competitive examinations suddenly felt a lack of willpower owing to the situation created by the pandemic. In order to effectively take online classes and provide quality content to the students on time, the institution created an app for a seamless experience in online classes and online study material for students. The lectures were recorded so that students who had network issues could also learn after the class. It was a very new experience for him, and he has learned a lot about the digitization of classes.

Harshal feels education is a must, as it provides the foundation for an individual's knowledge. Without education, a person would remain illiterate. In his case, experience had also polished his skills as a teacher. His experience in teaching, starting at 19 years of age, has shaped him to be a good and efficient educator at present.

According to Harshal, one must always have a positive attitude towards teaching. When talking about leadership, Harshal says it requires patience and logical thinking. Efficient planning and responsiveness to students are important leadership qualities for teachers.

Talking about his role models, Harshal says he considers MS Dhoni his role model. His leadership as captain of the Indian cricket team and his tactical efficiency inspire him. Badala Sir, the founder of Badala Classes, also inspires him as a professional mentor. His father is also his role model, as his hard work and dedication inspire him.

In his free time, Harshal likes to listen to music, read books, and travel.
