Hari hails from a small village in Alwar. He was inducted into the police department in 1993. Hari has a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Discussing his challenges, Hari shares that the Jaipur bomb blast of 2008 was the toughest time for him, wherein he saw several people dying in front of his eyes and remembers carrying injured people to the hospital. The pandemic phase was also a difficult call for him, but at the same time, it gave Hari the opportunity to help people better.
When asked about his role models, Hari says he draws inspiration from his parents and his teachers, who encouraged him to get into the police department.
Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Hari says that while education helps you in your overall development, it is experience that teaches you how to deal with difficult situations in life.
Hari advises the youth to not indulge in any crime or intoxication and to take steps towards succeeding in their careers. He adds that one should avoid looking for means to earn quick money that would lead them down the wrong path. He also advises everyone to be cautious of cyber frauds.
