Heading a management institute, Hanuman Prasad, a senior professor at a government university, is committed to providing quality education to students. He is an IIM-A alumnus and has many publications under his belt.

Hanuman Prasad is a professor and the Director of the Faculty of Management Studies at MLS University, Udaipur.

Hanuman was born in Suryawa, Uttar Pradesh, and moved to Rajasthan due to his father's job in the Railways. He completed his education in the Hindi medium and pursued an MBA at Jai Narayan Vyas University in Jodhpur. Despite facing challenges in transitioning to the English medium, Hanuman Prasad persevered and passed his exams with flying colors. He also completed a Faculty Development Program at IIM, Ahmedabad.

Hanuman says he embraced diverse work types and did not think twice before doing any work. He even worked as a shop attendant, giving his hundred percent, and ultimately achieved his dreams. This unwavering commitment to his work led to his success.

Hanuman is very proud of his step towards innovative education and started the "Smiling FMS" concept in his institution. During the pandemic, he initiated innovative projects, organized webinars, and held workshops for students to enable them to continue their learning.

Hanuman says he idolizes people with a positive outlook and an innovative stance. He advises the younger generation that they should always be ready to learn and be open to change. He also stresses that to enter the academic field, a person should have a sense of understanding, communication skills, industry knowledge, and thorough research aptitude.

Hanuman believes that leadership is not something that is inherent, it is developed through a combination of education and experience. He feels that education leads people to success and builds a path to attaining experience.

Hanuman looks up to his father as a role model because he always put an emphasis on his education and provided for him all through his life. He believes that his father's emphasis on education and providing for him has shaped him into the person he is today. He hopes to continue this legacy by passing on the importance of education to future generations.

Hanuman is happy with his life and enjoys cooking and traveling in his free time.

Even if given a time machine to go back into his past and change something, he wouldn't change anything about his life, says Hanuman.
