Gursewak Singh is an entrepreneur, branding expert, and marketing consultant with over a decade of experience. He is the founder of Antiex Solutions and BainBow, helping businesses scale through strategic marketing and branding.

Entrepreneur Gursewak Singh is a seasoned branding and marketing consultant with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is the founder of two startups based in Ludhiana—Antiex Solutions and BainBow.

Antiex Solutions specializes in personal branding, helping individuals such as authors and professionals establish a strong personal brand through strategic awareness and positioning. BainBow, on the other hand, focuses on assisting companies in enhancing their sales, implementing effective marketing strategies, training their staff, and providing support for trademark registration.

Gursewak Singh, Director of Antiex, shares that he comes from a complete and supportive family. He lives with his parents and sister, and he is also happily married and has two beautiful children from his marriage.

Recalling his childhood memories, Gursewak Singh, Founder of Antiex and BainBow, shares that he was born and raised in Ludhiana, where he also completed his education. Coming from a middle-class family, he describes his upbringing as normal but filled with mischief, as he was always a notorious child. Since his childhood, Gursevak Singh preferred watching action movies over cartoons. He was naturally drawn to films that depicted leadership, goal-setting, and ambition, particularly those centered around business or influential leaders working towards a specific agenda.

He studied at Vikas Senior Model School in Ludhiana until the 10th grade, after which he pursued a three-year diploma in mechanical engineering. He admits that academics were never his strong suit. Sharing his perspective on the traditional education system, he highlights its heavy emphasis on theoretical learning while lacking practical knowledge, a gap he believes needs to be addressed.

He recalls that during his school years, he was quite shy, which affected his communication skills. Looking back, he acknowledges that as a child, he did not fully grasp the importance of education, mainly because there was a lack of proper guidance on how education could shape his future.

He further points out that the education system continues to rely on outdated curricula, failing to adapt to new industry trends. For instance, many colleges still emphasize C language, while modern programming languages like Python and JavaScript are more relevant in today’s world. He believes that schools and institutions are stuck teaching the same concepts year after year, which never sparked his interest in academics. Entrepreneur Gursewak stresses the importance of acquiring a broad knowledge base but also emphasizes that learning should be purposeful—focusing on what is truly useful rather than trying to master everything.

After completing his diploma, Gursewak Singh secured a job. However, due to a lack of practical knowledge, he had to undergo training at his workplace. Despite this, he struggled to find interest in the job, which eventually led him to resign. This decision sparked his desire to start his own venture.

Gursewak Singh further shares that when he first started learning digital marketing, it was vastly different from what it is today, as the field continues to evolve with advancements like AI integration. He emphasizes once again that the Indian education system lacks sufficient practical skills necessary for professional life.

His first business was a franchise of an institute that offered 3D animation and multimedia courses. He started this venture in partnership, but due to a lack of marketing knowledge, they struggled to attract students. While they initially managed to enroll some students, sustaining the business became challenging as student admissions declined. Ultimately, the business failed due to insufficient marketing strategies and outreach.

This experience made Gursewak realize that without effective marketing and sales, running a successful business would be challenging. Determined to improve, he began taking training and attending classes to enhance his marketing and sales skills. For a year and a half, he dedicated himself to practicing and mastering digital marketing.

After gaining substantial expertise, he launched his first startup, Antiex Solutions, which focuses on educating individuals about personal branding and helping them establish a strong presence in their respective fields.

Recognizing this gap, Gursewak founded Antiex Solutions to help individuals build their personal brands and improve their marketing strategies. Through this initiative, he aims to provide the support and guidance that traditional education often fails to offer, ensuring that professionals can adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.

While running his business, Gursewak began to realize other operational challenges, such as financial management, manpower handling, and overall business operations. He admitted that recruitment and selection were particularly difficult for him. Many candidates would list impressive skills on their resumes, but in reality, they lacked the necessary expertise.

He shares that he lost a significant amount of money due to wrong hiring decisions, as he not only recruited employees but also invested in their training. This experience taught him the importance of a structured hiring process and evaluating candidates beyond their resumes.

After investing time and resources into training employees, Gursewak noticed a recurring challenge—once employees gained experience, they would often switch to other companies. Recognizing this as a widespread issue, he realized that if he was facing difficulties in managing marketing, sales, funds, and recruitment, other businesses were likely experiencing the same struggles.

This insight led him to establish BainBow, a company that provides comprehensive business solutions to startups and enterprises. BainBow offers a wide range of services, including sales, trademark registration, marketing, IT, finance, and HR management. By integrating these essential services under one roof, BainBow helps businesses streamline their operations efficiently and professionally.

Gursewak emphasizes that this approach significantly reduces costs for clients, as they no longer need to hire multiple companies or professionals for different tasks such as HR and marketing. Instead, they can access all these services through a single agreement, making business management more convenient and cost-effective.

Gursewak shares that BainBow's integrated approach has been highly appreciated by businesses, as it allows them to access multiple essential services in one place. Clients no longer need to juggle different vendors for HR, marketing, sales, or financial management—BainBow takes on that responsibility for them.

He emphasizes that this model has significantly reduced the stress for business owners, enabling them to focus on their core operations while BainBow efficiently handles the rest. By offering a one-stop solution, BainBow has simplified business management, making it more streamlined and effective for its clients.

Gursevak Singh further shares that receiving appreciation and positive feedback from his clients is one of his most valued accomplishments. He believes that true success lies in delivering on commitments and ensuring quality results rather than just focusing on financial gains.

His approach revolves around setting specific goals, regularly reviewing progress, and adapting strategies to meet client needs. He emphasizes that his team is dedicated to providing the best possible results, and if a particular strategy does not yield the expected outcomes, they proactively explore alternative solutions for their clients.

For Gursevak, helping others through business is a source of fulfillment. He takes pride in building trust, maintaining transparency, and striving for excellence in every project he undertakes.

Gursevak Singh encourages aspiring entrepreneurs and businesses looking for help and support to connect with him and his team through their websites. He emphasizes that he is always willing to assist and will try his best to help as much as possible.

Further sharing his achievement, certified marketer Gursevak Singh takes pride in his professional achievements and certifications in the field of marketing. He is a certified Inbound Marketing Specialist from HubSpot Inbound Marketing and also holds a Google Certified Marketing Specialist credential.

In addition to these, he has acquired various other certifications, including from Twitter and Bing. Notably, he shares that he was one of the first individuals in Punjab to receive certifications from Google and Bing at that time. These accomplishments highlight his expertise, commitment to continuous learning, and deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

When asked about success, Founder of BainBow, Gursewak emphasizes that it varies for different individuals. For him, success is built on five key pillars, with the first being having a clear goal. He believes that goals should be specific and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).

To refine goals, he suggests asking filter questions like “Why am I doing this?”—a question that fuels motivation and provides clarity. Setting a well-defined goal also helps break it down into smaller sub-goals, making the career path more structured and achievable within a set timeframe.

The second element of success, according to Gursewak Singh, is wisdom and continuous learning. He stresses the importance of being wise rather than overconfident or overly smart. He believes that true wisdom comes from staying open to new knowledge and experiences.

He further emphasizes that learning has no age barrier—one can learn valuable lessons from both younger and older individuals. He encourages keeping an open mind, absorbing insights from different perspectives, and always being prepared to adapt and grow.

Marketer Gursewak Singh shares the third element of success is embracing failure as a learning opportunity. He believes that failure is not the end but rather a stepping stone toward improvement and growth. When a business or endeavor faces setbacks, it highlights areas that need improvisation, pushing individuals to refine their skills and strategies.

He emphasizes that failures provide deeper insights into what works and what doesn’t, ultimately enhancing one’s knowledge and expertise. He further adds that thorough research before entering a specific business or field is crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. Proper groundwork not only minimizes risks but also promotes continuous learning and adaptation.

According to Entrepreneur Gursewak Singh, the fourth element of success is patience. He emphasizes the importance of staying calm and composed, especially when working towards long-term goals. Rather than jumping between multiple tasks or overthinking, he believes that one should remain focused on a specific goal.

He highlights that success often requires time, and immediate results may not always be achievable. Instead of getting discouraged, individuals should trust the process, stay persistent, and allow sufficient time for their efforts to yield the desired outcome.

Antiex owner Gursewak Singh describes the final element of success as optimism. He believes that innovation is driven by a positive mindset. He illustrates this by pointing out that inventions like the refrigerator were made possible because someone believed in the idea and pursued it, rather than dismissing it as impossible.

He emphasizes that to create or try something new, individuals must embrace a positive outlook. Doubt and negativity can hinder progress, while optimism fuels creativity and perseverance. He encourages people to believe in their ideas, take risks, and explore new possibilities with confidence.

Gursevak Singh emphasizes that during moments of self-doubt or lack of motivation, one should always revisit the core purpose behind their path. Recalling the reasons for starting a venture or entering a field can reignite passion and provide the drive to keep going.

He believes that clarity of goals serves as a guiding force, preventing distractions and keeping individuals focused on their ultimate objectives. By constantly reminding oneself of the “why”, it becomes easier to stay motivated, push through challenges, and work consistently towards success.

Reflecting on his learning path, Owner of BainBow Gursevak Singh shares that during his college years, he prioritized social experiences over structured learning, spending time with friends and enjoying events. However, upon stepping into professional life, he realized the need for continuous learning as he lacked prior experience.

Most of his knowledge came from self-learning and hands-on experience, which demanded intense focus and commitment. As a result, he had to shift his priorities, spending less time on personal life and friendships. However, he doesn’t view this as a sacrifice but rather as a necessary investment in his personal and professional growth, shaped by the lessons from his past failures.

Gursevak Singh shares his perspective on leadership, emphasizing that it is not something one can acquire solely through books or theoretical learning—it is developed through real-world application and practical experience. He believes that leaders are made through continuous efforts, practice, and perseverance.

He describes leadership as the ability to take responsibility and delegate tasks effectively. A true leader not only distributes work among the team but also actively contributes alongside them, guiding the team towards a shared goal. Leadership, according to him, is not innate but evolves over time through experimentation and adaptability.

A crucial aspect of leadership, he notes, is the ability to instill confidence and motivate the team by facing challenges without hesitation. He acknowledges that he did not learn leadership skills in school or college but through practical experiences, failures, and real-world challenges.

Gursevak humbly states that he is still in the learning process of leadership, continuously learning—even from his juniors. He believes that leadership has no final destination; instead, it is an ongoing process of growth and development shaped by new experiences and insights.

Gursevak Singh believes that both education and experience are essential but serve different purposes. Education provides a foundation—offering basic knowledge about subjects like languages, history, and fundamental concepts necessary for various professions. However, he asserts that in employment and business, experience holds greater significance.

He explains that experience begins only after gaining a foundational understanding. For example, to become a doctor or consultant, one must first acquire formal education in the field. But real expertise develops only through hands-on practice and real-world exposure.

Experience, he notes, builds over time as one actively works in a field. While education and experience hold distinct roles, if he had to choose one, he would prioritize experience. He believes that academic knowledge may fade over time, but practical experience leaves a lasting impact, shaping one's skills and decision-making abilities. Ultimately, he concludes that education is crucial in the initial stages of professional life, but experience plays a more vital role in long-term success.

Entrepreneur Gursevak Singh believes in creating his own path rather than following someone blindly. He emphasizes that simply replicating someone else’s life may limit personal growth and prevent one from surpassing their role model. Instead, he focuses on taking inspiration while making necessary changes to forge his own unique identity.

He shares that he draws inspiration from multiple sources, particularly Steve Jobs for his marketing expertise and entrepreneurial mindset. He admires how Jobs managed his team, introduced innovative ideas, and positioned products in the market. By learning from such figures, Gursevak continues to refine his approach, ensuring that he builds something distinct and impactful.

Gursevak Singh believes in learning from different individuals rather than relying on a single role model. He acknowledges that every person has unique life experiences and strengths, and by observing them, he can extract valuable lessons that contribute to his own growth.

He follows a methodical approach to learning from various leaders, recognizing that no one excels in everything. For instance, he admires Elon Musk for his high risk-taking abilities, which may differ from Jack Ma's strategic business mindset. Similarly, he appreciates Steve Jobs for his leadership qualities and innovation-driven approach. By studying the strengths of different successful personalities, Gursevak refines his own entrepreneurial life while ensuring he builds his own distinctive path.

Gursevak Singh shares that apart from his work, he enjoys food and traveling. He highlights that whenever he feels low or needs a break, he travels to different places like Himachal, Rajasthan, or Delhi to refresh himself.

Additionally, he values deep sleep, as he believes in working with full dedication and zero distractions. He also follows a self-reward system—after completing significant projects, he treats himself by traveling, exploring new locations, and learning about different cultures, innovations, and inventions.

Gursevak Singh states that if he had a time machine, he would love to meet Steve Jobs, as he is deeply inspired by his marketing and communication abilities. He expresses a strong desire to personally learn from Jobs about how he managed his team, introduced innovations, and implemented strategies.

Apart from this, he would also travel back to his childhood to relive those carefree days. He reminisces about the innocence of childhood, a time without worries or responsibilities, and states that if given a chance, he would go back to those moments again and again.

Sharing his thoughts on Covid-19, Gursevak Singh shares that the pandemic served as a harsh reality check for humanity, showing how nature can be both powerful and dangerous. He believes that humans had been harming the environment through excessive inventions and experiments, and the pandemic was a way for nature to remind us of our impact.

On a positive note, he highlights how Covid-19 led people to spend more time with their families, something that was often neglected before. The pandemic made people realize the importance of family bonds and the need to prioritize personal relationships over constant work and hustle.

Gursevak Singh also highlights the significant growth in digital technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. He shares that the crisis had a major positive impact on the development and adoption of digital tools, such as online classes in schools, e-learning courses, and productivity-enhancing software.

He points out that many people and businesses who were hesitant to shift to digital platforms were forced to adapt due to the pandemic. This transition ultimately helped individuals and organizations embrace technology that saves time and effort while maintaining quality. He emphasizes that the progress we might have achieved in the next five years was accelerated and became a reality much sooner due to Covid-19.
